Curated Factory Options & Quotations
Receive a structured quotation with curated factory options, pricing breakdowns, lead times, and shipping estimates.
- We present 2-4 factory options with detailed specifications, pricing, and lead time comparisons.
- Each quotation includes unit pricing, shipping cost estimates, documentation fees, and payment terms.
- Factory credentials, production capacity, and quality certifications are provided for your due diligence.
- OEM/ODM options are included where applicable — custom branding, paint, decals, or specification modifications.
Production & Quality Oversight
Your order enters production with our QC team providing oversight at every stage — from manufacturing to pre-shipment inspection.
- Production scheduling is confirmed with the factory, and we provide regular status updates throughout manufacturing.
- Our QC manager conducts in-factory inspections during and after production, verifying specifications against your order.
- Pre-shipment inspection covers serial numbers, attachments, emissions compliance, dimensional checks, and operational testing.
- Inspection reports with photos and measurements are shared with you before shipping authorization is given.
Delivery, Documentation & Support
We handle the complete logistics chain — customs documentation, compliance certificates, container loading, and delivery coordination.
- All export documentation is prepared: certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading.
- Compliance certificates (CE, EPA, GOST, or market-specific) are coordinated with the factory and included in your document package.
- Container loading is supervised to ensure proper securing and protection during transit.
- Post-delivery support includes parts sourcing assistance, warranty coordination, and technical documentation.
